Wedding Overview
Friday’s Retreat offers a beautiful mountain setting for memorable wedding celebrations. Set among open meadows and views of Mount Shasta, our venue gives couples a reserved ceremony and reception area with exclusive use during their event.
We provide the setting, open grounds, restrooms, and available cabin rentals. Couples are free to personalize their day with their own vendors, rentals, catering, décor, and details. We are also happy to recommend trusted local vendors who know the area.
Wedding Packages
Our three packages are named after landmarks around Mount Shasta, growing in scale from Black Butte to Shastina to Mount Shasta. All ceremonies and celebrations take place at Friday’s Retreat.
Each package includes private use of the listed spaces during your reserved event time, with setup access the day before and takedown available the day after.
Black Butte Package $2,000
Ideal for couples seeking a peaceful, intimate ceremony, this package grants exclusive access to a scenic natural setting and provides time to set up and take down without haste.
This package includes:

Shastina Package $4,500
Designed for couples wanting both ceremony and celebration, this package offers private areas for both and day use of the Pond House, giving you and your guests space to relax and enjoy the event.
This package includes:
Private use of the Peninsula ceremony area
Private use of the reception area
Use of the Pond House, day use.
Pond House overnight rental additional cost: $150
Recommended for a complete wedding-day experience, this package provides generous, private areas to gather, celebrate, and spend extra time together.
Mount Shasta Package $7,500
Our most comprehensive package includes stays at both Look Out Lodge and the Pond House for two nights, transforming your wedding into a destination event.
This package includes:
Private use of the Peninsula ceremony area
Private use of the reception area
Use of the Pond House, 2 nights
Use of Look Out Lodge, 2 nights
October weddings include complimentary RV and tent sites.
